1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using iFrame POS ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are merchants, customers, browsers, vendors, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

iFrame POS is a point-of-sale and inventory management system designed for small to medium-sized retail businesses. The Service provides:

• Point-of-sale order processing
• Inventory management
• Customer management
• Supplier management
• Sales analytics and reporting
• Receipt printing
• Other related features as described in our documentation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use iFrame POS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring that you log out from your account at the end of each session

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Data and Content

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into iFrame POS, including:

• Customer information
• Product and inventory data
• Sales and transaction records
• Business information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.

5.2 Backup and Data Loss

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of your data. We are not liable for any data loss.

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be communicated to you separately. By using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user data), features, and functionality are owned by iFrame POS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may export your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• You remain liable for any fees incurred before termination

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, iFrame POS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• Loss of business opportunities
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iFrame POS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another
• Your data or content

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• If negotiations fail, through binding arbitration
• In accordance with the laws of Pakistan

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
